1965年11月生， 1986年毕业于南开大学数学系， 1989年在解放军信息工程学员获硕士学位， 1993年6月在杭州大学获博士学位， 1993.09-1995.09在北京师范大学数学博士后流动站做博士后研究工作，1995年12月任解放军信息工程学院副教授， 1999年12月任解放军信息工程大学教授， 2001年10月-2002年4月由国家公派在英国爱丁堡大学做访问学者。

      主要从事Fourier分析及其应用方面的研究，主持五项国家自然科学基金项目。 迄今为止， 在美、英、德、日、波、西、以、加、芬、荷、澳等国有影响的刊物发表被SCI收录论文100余篇,出版专著两部， 教材两本。

      荣立三等功一次，四次获得军队优秀专业技术人才岗位津贴；曾获军队院校育才奖银奖(2009)以及全军优秀研究生指导教师奖(2008)。先后受聘北京师范大学兼职教授（2005-2007）、郑州大学兼职教授（2007-2009）, 浙江师范大学客座教授(2016-2020)。
