主要研究方向:计算生物物理、计算软凝聚态物理用基于物理的方法(分子动力学模拟、自由能计算)结合机器学习来解决医学问题(肿瘤免疫中的新生抗原设计、抗体设计)并进行实验验证

个人简介:博士,硕士生导师。20083月浙江大学物理学院博士毕业,2008.04-2020.03浙江大学物理学院博士后,2020.04-2025.03兰州大学物理学院青年研究员,2025.04-今浙江科技大学理学院。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项(2024-2026),主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目一项(2019-2020)。发表多篇SCI论文,包括JACSChemical ScienceTOP期刊
