内容摘要本次报告介绍了博士期间研究内容,其中主要有对层状材料二硒化锡进行有机掺杂的研究,新层状材料铂基硒化物和铜基砷化物的合成与表征,高热导材料砷化硼和砷化磷的单晶合成以及合成的一些已知材料的高质量单晶。

 

 

主讲人简介吴翰麟, 德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校物理系博士。主要研究方向是性能材料的合成与表征。已经在2D Materials, Inorganic Chemistry, Crystal Growth & Design, J. Alloys and Compounds期刊上发表SCI论文12篇。
