报告摘要：In this talk, we will survey some works on the two-dimensional Riemann problem and some related problems of compressible Euler equations for gas dynamics. It contains four sections: 1. Physical background. 2. Two dimensional Riemann problem of Euler equations. 3. Some numerical results and theoretical results. 4. Some related problems.
报告人简介：盛万成，教授，博士生导师，长期从事非线性偏微分方程组理论与计算领域的研究。现任上海大学理学院党委书记，中国工业与应用数学学会理事和普及委员会委员，上海市工业与应用数学学会常务理事。曾任中国数学会理事，上海市数学会常务理事。在 Mem. Amer. Math. Soc., Arch. Rat. Mech. Anal., SIAM J. Appl. Math., J. Math. Pure Appl., J. Diff. Equ.等学术杂志发表近100篇学术论文，主持多项国家自然科学基金面上项目。曾获上海市自然科学二等奖，宝钢优秀教师奖，上海市教学成果一等奖。多次受邀在国际会议上作大会邀请报告。
